Being Happy for No Reason.

Little children come into this world being happy for no reason at all. Over time, society trains them to be unhappy for many reasons. Once successfully trained, society then promises them happiness if they buy this or that, have this or that or do this or that.

Making our happiness dependent on anything outside ourselves keeps us stuck riding the unhappiness/happiness roller coaster ride of life. When we get what we want we are happy, when we don't get what we want we are unhappy.

Funny thing is when we are happy for no reason at all other than we like feeling happy, good things happen to us with much more frequency than when we are in an unhappy state of mind.

If you want to be happy for no reason I highly recommend the book titled: Happy For No Reason By Marci Shimoff. The author interviewed 100 happy people who have the ability to be happy for no reason at all. The insights in the book about happiness are amazing and before you know it you, too, will be happy for no reason at all. For more information about the book, click on the picture link below.

Thoughts That Create Your Reality

Be aware of how the thoughts you repeat to yourself make you feel.
If your thoughts make you feel good that means those thoughts are in
the process of creating and attracting into your life the reality you want. If
the thoughts you repeat to yourself make you feel bad or don't make you feel
anything at all, then those thoughts are not creating the reality you want. Your
positive feelings tell you that the thoughts you are thinking are creating the
personal reality you want while negative feelings are telling you that your
thoughts are in the process of miscreating the reality you want.

Why it's important to find Reasons to FEEL Good

There are many things in life that can get us down and make us feel depressed, that is,
if we FOCUS our attention on those things that trouble us. Why is this so?  Because
whatever we focus our attention on EXPANDS and becomes the dominant reality of our life.

If you focus on what makes you feel bad or depresses you, you will attract more
of the same, that's how the law of attraction works. Conversely if you focus on what
makes you feel good, you can't help but attract people, event and circumstances
into your life that make you feel good.

Thought Rule #490

The self-help thoughts that work best for you are the ones that feel good
to you. If after, repeatedly, trying to make someone else's self-help
thoughts work for you, if they are not working for you they should
be discarded in favor of finding ones that do work for you.

Thought Rule #491

The self-help thoughts of others will not necessarily help you. If
someone else's self-help rules don't work for you, they are not
the right self-help rules for you.

Thought Rule #492

We only pursue things when we don't believe we can attract things
to ourselves by the power of our thoughts and the actions those thoughts
inspire us to take
(inspire being the keyword here). Anything less than
inspired action always results in miscreation.

Thought Rule #493

The only real weakness we, as human beings, have is underestimating the
part our very own thoughts played in creating the circumstances we have today

Thought Rule #494

You can never achieve or have anything outside the range of your own thoughts. It
doesn't matter how hard you work, or how smart you are, you cannot achieve what
you want if you have thoughts that won't let you believe in what you want to achieve.

Lose 40 lbs. Without Dieting.

As a person, once known as 'Bubbles Zappone' who has had a weight problem since high school, the thing I noticed about losing weight is at each level of losing weight I experienced the fear of losing a layer of my protection. Once I became aware of that fear, I acknowledged it and stay focused on my desired weight goal. In the past, my fear of losing weight (my protection) would drive me to overeat and stop me from continuing to lose weight. This time by acknowledging my fear and staying FOCUSED on what was important to me, I lost the weight I wanted effortlessly.

Suggestions for losing weight effortlessly

1. Eat when you are not very hungry and do not deprive yourself of any food you want. As a result of doing this, you will eat less and enjoy it more.

2. Accept you didn't get fat overnight and you won't get thin overnight.

3. Eat one piece of food you like and then wait 15 minutes before you eat your meal. It takes approximately 15 minutes for your stomach to know what your mouth ate. This 15 minute delay will prevent you from overeating.

4. Never weigh yourself when losing weight. Instead, use how you feel and how your clothes are fitting as indicators that your are losing weight. This reduces your chances of becoming discouraged.

5. Eat five smaller snacks meals a day rather than three full meals. This eliminate the hunger problem.

6. Eat anything you want that makes you feel good... and don't eat anything that make you feel bad. That means, if you don't eat all the food on your plate, don't feel guilty about it.

DO NOT EXERCISE... that's work. Instead, do body movement, that are fun for you to do.

7. Do some form of body movement you like doing for 30 minutes a day, starting off as low as 5 minutes a day and building up to 30 minutes a day or more if your body craves more than thirty minutes a day.

Whatever kind of body movement is fun for you to do, do it. It could be walking, swimming, gardening, sexing, hiking, rollerblading, skating, bicycling. If the body movement you decide to do isn't fun for you to do, don't do it. If you do, you will get discouraged and quit doing it. To be successful with body movement, it must be fun for you to do. If it is not, find some form of body movement that is.

For me personally, I love the body movement of walking. I walk 45 minutes a day, almost everyday, and listen to my Ipod, talk on my cell phone or take pictures. This way it never seems like exercise to me which is a good thing because I don't like exercising. By the way, after 30-45 days of doing 'body movement', you will notice you have a craving for it, almost addicted to it, that is because it has becomes a 'feel good' habit for you that makes you feel better about yourself.

8. Living in the moment is the final step in losing weight effortlessly. I found the more I was focused on living in the moment, the less food was an issue for me. I also had less thoughts about eating 'comfort foods' because living in the moment reduced the stress in my life considerably.

Using the simple 8 step plan, outlined above, I lost 40 lbs without dieting. Not once did I deprive myself of ice cream, chocolate cake or any beer or drink I wanted.

Losing weight without dieting works because you are not setting yourself up to fail or depriving yourself of any food you want. You are simply doing what is natural for you to do, which is to feel good physically. Weight loss is not about looking good, it is about feeling good and you will look good too! :)

Thought Rule #495

A belief is a thought you repeat over and over again to yourself until you
feel it. Feelings are the first 'physical evidence' that something you believe in
is in the process of coming true for you. Don't like what's coming true for you,
change your thoughts, the moment you do, your feelings will begin changing too

Need someone to listen, someone who understands, call me. - Frederick Zappone

Thought Rule #496

A thought you believe in will always come true for you.

The reason many things don't come true for you is because you don't believe they will.
Nothing comes into existence without the power of your belief behind it. According
to what you believe so shall it be for you....and it always is.

Need someone to listen, someone who understands, call me. - Frederick Zappone

Thought Rule #497

Thoughts are more powerful than the atomic bomb. Why, because it was
from man's thoughts that the atomic bomb was created in the first place.
It is always the thought first and the physical creation second

Need someone to listen, someone who understands, call me. - Frederick Zappone

Thought Rule #498

When you feel good that tells you that your thoughts are taking you in
the direction you want to go. When you are feeling bad that tells you
that your thoughts are taking you away from where you want to go.

Need someone to listen, someone who understands, call me. - Frederick Zappone

Thought Rule #499

All thoughts have consequences. The first place we feel the
consequences of our thoughts is in the body. If a thought
doesn't feel good to you, it's not the right thought for you.

Practice of Seeing Abundance Everywhere.

We see what we choose to see.

When we choose to see lack, even though abundance is right in front of us, we can't see it because our thoughts of lack BLIND US from seeing the abundance presenting itself right before our eyes.

If you begin the practice of seeing abundance everywhere, first you will see abundance on a grand scale (the stars in the sky, the drops of water in the ocean, the grains of sand in the desert) and then you will start to see abundance in your own life, first in the little things, later on in the larger and more important things.

Seeing abundance all around you takes practice. With practice, you will see abundance in all the important areas of your life including the areas of love, health and money.

Life reflects back to us our thoughts with 100% accuracy. What we see in life is a result of what we focus our attention on. Focus on the good stuff.

Let's Talk About Worry? Why???

Let's Talk About Worry? Why???? Because so many of us do it.

I think if we understand our beliefs associated with worry, we will understand why we worry and what we can do to stop worrying or at least worry a whole lot less.

Let's start with the dictionary definition of the word worry. According to the dictionary, the word 'worry' means to torment oneself with or suffer from disturbing thoughts

Many people worry because they believe it is inevitable, if not necessary. After all, everyone they know worries, so it only makes sense they should worry too. And if they didn't worry, they might secretly believe there is something wrong with them.

There are folks who believe worrying (feeling bad) is a requirement to solve something that is troubling them. Worry, in fact, is the way we avoid feeling other things such as guilt, anxiety and depression about a person, circumstance or situation that is troubling us.

Worry, guilt, anxiety and depression have one thing in common, they are a result of fear thoughts that enter our mind that we resist. The more we resist fear thoughts, the stronger they become.

We started worrying the moment we decided we should resist some thoughts and allow other thoughts.

What makes us resist a worry thought is fear. The worry thought scares us and instead of allowing the thought to harmlessly pass out of our mind we engage the thought in conversation.

Insane, huh?

Engaging a thought in conversation, arguing with it and then losing that argument.

When we argue with a thought that scares us, it always wins, no exceptions

Worry is resisted thought we believe can harm us. Worry thoughts can only harm us if we resist them. If we quit resisting what we worried about, we wouldn't worry any more. The more we resist worrying, the more we worry.

One of the easiest way to dismiss 'worry thoughts' from your mind is to write them down. Writing down your 'worry thoughts' immediately make them seem smaller to you. Writing your worries down also make them more tangible to you so you can see exactly what is going on in your mind that is troubling you. And once you know exactly what is troubling you, you can take inspired action to correct the problem.

Women Calling The 'Family Jewels' JUNK!

In the last week I've read or heard women make the following statements:

  • Why are men always playing with their junk?
  • What's the endless fascination men have with their junk?
  • They treat their junk as if it were gold?

At first, I thought the women were talking about junk, you know real junk, like a man's tools, toys or cars. Only later on did I realize (I'm a bit slow) that they were referring to a man's family jewels.

For the uninformed, the family jewels is where the family tree comes from. Without a man's family jewels there would be no family tree.

As a woman, you can call the family jewels any respectful name you wish but please don't call them junk, I find that offensive. I say that because without the family jewels you would never have the magic elixir you need to create those cute little family nuggets that coo, burp, fart and smile a lot.

Yes, it is true, you can create and bring nuggets into the world and men can't but your nuggets without our magic elixir will always remain just that, lifeless little nuggets waiting for a man's magic elixir to bring them to life.

I am guessing the women who call a man's family jewels 'junk' have a hard on (no pun intended) for the men in their lives who have done them wrong. .

On other hand, given all the little blue pills being sold out there, I'm pretty sure some women have good reason to call a man's jewels junk. After all, isn't that what you call a car when it's no longer in good working order, junk.

Oh, by the way, besides not calling the family jewels junk, don't call them hoses, pythons, packages, bulges, snakes, members, bumps, pimples, and in particular, don't call them peanut pricks. Men find that name highly offensive even more so than calling them junk.

Even small family jewels, the size of a peanut are big enough, hard enough and powerful enough to get the job done and continue the family tree. The next time you think of calling some man's family jewels junk or worse yet, peanut prick, remember men have feelings too!

The Blonde Who Married The Catholic

On their honeymoon, the blonde bride slipped into a sexy nightie and, with great anticipation, crawled into bed, only to find her new Catholic husband had settled down on the couch.

When she asked him why he was apparently not going to make love to her, he replied, 'It's Lent'.

In tears, she sobbed,

'Well, that is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard! Who did you lend it to, and for how long?'
