Losing 40 pounds without dieting...

.

As a person, once known as 'Bubbles Zappone' who has had a weight problem since high school, the thing I noticed about losing weight is at each level of losing weight I experienced the fear of losing a layer of my protection. Once I became aware of that fear, I acknowledged it and stay focused on my desired weight goal. In the past, my fear of losing weight (my protection) would drive me to overeat and stop me from continuing to lose weight. This time by acknowledging my fear and staying FOCUSED on what was important to me, I lost the weight I wanted effortlessly.

 

ALL THINGS FAT AND SWEET

Suggestions for losing weight effortlessly

1. Eat when you are not very hungry and do not deprive yourself of any food you want. As a result of doing this, you will eat less and enjoy it more.

2. Accept you didn't get fat overnight and you won't get thin overnight.

3. Eat one piece of food you like and then wait 15 minutes before you eat your meal. It takes approximately 15 minutes for your stomach to know what your mouth ate. This 15 minute delay will prevent you from overeating.

4. Never weigh yourself when losing weight. Instead, use how you feel and how your clothes are fitting as indicators that your are losing weight. This reduces your chances of becoming discouraged.

5. Eat five smaller snacks meals a day rather than three full meals. This eliminate the hunger problem.

6. Eat anything you want that makes you feel good... and don't eat anything that make you feel bad. That means, if you don't eat all the food on your plate, don't feel guilty about it.

DO NOT EXERCISE... that's work. Instead, do body movement, that are fun for you to do.

7. Do some form of body movement you like doing for 30 minutes a day, starting off as low as 5 minutes a day and building up to 30 minutes a day or more if your body craves more than thirty minutes a day.

Whatever kind of body movement is fun for you to do, do it. It could be walking, swimming, gardening, sexing, hiking, rollerblading, skating, bicycling. If the body movement you decide to do isn't fun for you to do, don't do it. If you do, you will get discouraged and quit doing it. To be successful with body movement, it must be fun for you to do. If it is not, find some form of body movement that is.

For me personally, I love the body movement of walking. I walk 45 minutes a day, almost everyday, and listen to my Ipod, talk on my cell phone or take pictures. This way it never seems like exercise to me which is a good thing because I don't like exercising. By the way, after 30-45 days of doing 'body movement', you will notice you have a craving for it, almost addicted to it, that is because it has becomes a 'feel good' habit for you that makes you feel better about yourself.

8. Living in the moment is the final step in losing weight effortlessly. I found the more I was focused on living in the moment, the less food was an issue for me. I also had less thoughts about eating 'comfort foods' because living in the moment reduced the stress in my life considerably.

Using the simple 8 step plan, outlined above, I lost 40 lbs without dieting. Not once did I deprive myself of ice cream, chocolate cake or any beer or drink I wanted.

Losing weight without dieting works because you are not setting yourself up to fail or depriving yourself of any food you want. You are simply doing what is natural for you to do, which is to feel good physically. Weight loss is not about looking good, it is about feeling good and you will look good too! :)

How does looking at this house, car and money make you feel?

Your good feelings are cosmic magnets that reach out into the universe and attract to you those things that make you feel good.  The reverse is also true!   The most important question to always ask yourself when you are  'consciously creating' is 'how does this or that make you feel?'  If something makes you feel bad, SHIFT your attention away from what's making you feel bad until you are focused on what makes you feel good because 'whatever you are feeling' is what you are in the process of attracting to yourself. It's how the law of attraction works.

Feeling Glum Chum?

.


If you are feeling glum chum, that's because you are focusing on what you DON'T WANT.  Nothing else can make you feel glum except focusing on what you don't want.  If you are focusing on something that's in your life, right now, that you don't want, staying focused on it will keep it in your life and keep you feeling glum.  Instead of focusing on what you don't want, focus on what you DO WANT and see what a difference that makes in your life.

Whatever you FOCUS your attention on, you attract more of the same.  It is how the Law of Attraction Works.

The Story we tell ourselves is the life we create for ourselves.


Have you ever noticed that life, for the most part, turns out like you think it will. This is a result of the story we tell ourselves. If you tell yourself you never get any lucky breaks, chances are you haven't. If you believe it is hard to get ahead financially, chances are life has been a financial struggle for you. If you believe you are not smart enough, there is a good chance you have experienced people, places and events where you didn't measure up. 


It is amazing how the story we tell ourselves parallels the life we live. The antidote I have found to this problem is to change the story we tell ourselves to one that makes us feel good. The worst that can happen is you will feel better by telling yourself a story that makes you feel good rather than continuing to tell yourself a story that  makes you feel bad about yourself.  
 
An example of a new story:


I woke up this morning feeling different in a way I never felt before. I knew, absolutely knew, without a shred of proof or evidence to back me up, that all the bad luck of my life was behind me. And from this moment forward, I would be blessed with nothing but good luck.

Having that 'knowing feeling' made me feel better about myself than I had in years. For reasons, unknown to me, I knew that during the night, while I slept, I had been touched by the hand of God. I say this because this morning, I feel the presence of Angel surrounding me.....

And for the first time in my life, I feel my world is safe. 

What a wonderful feeling that is and it is more wonderful knowing wherever I go that feeling will go with me.  I know from now on that all that I do and all that I touch will turn into gold and silver. This will show up as infinite possibilities and unlimited opportunities that will make it possible for me to experience prosperity and abundance in my life, always and in all ways.

Law of Attraction Q & A.

Question:  I don't believe the law of attraction will work for me. What can I do?

Answer: The law of attraction is working in your life.  It works all the time without fail. In your case, it is not working in your favor but it is still working. What can you do?  Change your belief from DON'T to DO.  Your belief that the law of attraction won't work for you is a thought you repeat over and over to yourself. Each time you repeat that thought to yourself you activate the law of attraction' to provide you with definitive proof and evidence  that the law of attraction is not working in your favor. That will continue until you change your belief from I don't believe to I do believe.


Question:  How do I change my belief?


Answer: Repeat what you want to believe until it FEELS real to you. The moment it feels real to you is the moment the law of attraction will begin working in your favor rather than against you.

Question About Being Excited?

Getting Exited is, often times, a BAD thing.. 

Can anyone tell me why and in which situations  getting excited is a bad thing.  Getting excited is sometimes a bad thing in a good situation. Can anyone give me an example of that.  Post your answers in the comment  section. You can post your answers anonymously, if you wish.





Here's a clue why excitement is, often times, a BAD thing.

Excitement is usually a reaction to something, not a response. Excited reactions can cause you to come to false conclusions which if, act upon, can lead to disastrous consequences. Can anyone
give me an example of being excited leading to disastrous consequences besides the times when being sexually excited has led to disastrous consequences.

Law of Attraction is so very, very EASY to do.

.


Using the law of attraction to to attract what you want out of life or be 'guided to it' is so easy to do. It's so very easy to do that overly intelligent people have a hard time wrapping their heads around the simplicity of the law.  The reason so many people fail to make the law of attraction work in their favor is because they have a hard time accepting it is simple to do.





If you have your time, energy and money invested in believing the law of attraction is hard to do, you won't want to give up that belief in exchange for the idea the law of attraction is easy to do.  Why?  Because you can't face the possibility that pursuing the hard way to make the law of attraction work was a very stupid idea on your part to pursue.  

The problem with giving up the 'hard way' to make the law of attraction work and replacing it with the easy way is that your ego won't let you give up that idea easily. You see, your ego hates being wrong. As a result, it will do everything in its power to convince you that if you work a little bit harder one more time, and one more time after that, etc, you will make the law of attraction work (the hard way) even though that's the biggest lie, of your life, your ego is making you live.  

Doing the law of attraction the hard way doesn't feel good and you can never attract anything good to yourself by doing things that feel bad. That's why the thoughts you think about the most that result in you feeling bad only attract more thought to you that make you feel bad.  It is how the law of attraction works, good feeling thoughts attract more good feeling thoughts while bad feeling thoughts attract more bad feeling thoughts.

Your thoughts, all of them, the good one and the bad ones, are like cosmic magnets. The thoughts you think about the most, the  thoughts you believe in the most go out into the universe and draw unto you people, places, events and circumstances to prove to you that what you have been thinking about and believing in, the most, is true..
