Choosing Thoughts

Thoughts are things, they are powerful things. They make us feel happy, they make us feel blue. They make us feel prosperous and they makes us worry and stew. When I feel something unpleasant in my body it is a thought I know that is making me feel that way. When I listen to my feelings, they tell me which thoughts are playing, on automatic pilot, in the background of my mind that are making me feel less than my ideal Self. Once I know which thoughts I am thinking that are making me feel less than my ideal Self, I replace them with thoughts that make me feel powerful, happy and confident again.
