People lie when they don't feel safe to tell their truth to others.
Lies have immediate consequences, they make us feel negative.
Truth has immediate consequences also, it makes us feel positive.
"When you don't have the freedom to tell
your truth to others, you have no real freedom at all."
A lie not only can hurt but also destroy. For some people, I think it is easier lie.
ReplyDeletePerhaps, they are afraid but what ever the reason for them to lie. I always try to look inside the person and see what is really going on. I try to have more compassion for them instead of anger.
Keep an open mind and heart for these dear soul. I find it works for me.
