Feeling Bad? Take a TIME OUT!


When you notice you are feeling bad doing 'something,' take a time out. In other words, stop what you are doing long enough to discover the thoughts you are thinking that are making you feel bad and then change those thoughts to ones that make you feel good about what you are doing. If you can't do that, as an alternative, stop what you are doing and do something else and come back to what you were doing later on when you are feeling better about doing it.
