Being Happy - Part 2


If you have lived your life coming from an unhappy state of mind for a longer period of time than you have wanted to, switching to a happy state of mind will, at first, feel strange to you. In fact you will feel uncomfortable feeling happy. You will feel as if something is missing, as if you have lost something. The truth is something will be missing for you and you will have indeed lost something, your unhappiness.
