Alerting You.....



Bad feelings always tell you that you are thinking thoughts that are taking you into the land of misery and unhappiness. When you notice you are beginning to feel bad use that as an ALERT SIGNAL to find thoughts and actions that make you feel good.  If you don't stop your negative thoughts from taking control of your mind, those thoughts will turn into bad feelings that will suck the life right out of you faster than you can spit.

    i have experienced this and seen others wallowing in their own misery.

    of course you can't change other's thoughts but you can change your thoughts about the other person... and voila! once you change your thoughts about that person they start getting better immediately! ;)
