If you are unhappy, the quickest way to get back to that happy state of mind, is to allow unhappy thoughts and feelings to harmlessly pass through and out of your body like a baby passes gas.
As you allow unhappy thoughts and feeling to leave your body, SHIFT your focus to things that make you feel warm and fuzzy on the inside and your happy state of mind will return to you in no time at all.
i have definitely noticed that when i 'think' about yucky things right before bed that i have luck changing my thoughts by rolling my eyes toward the top of my head...
