All thoughts have consequences and the first place we feel the consequences of our thoughts is in our body. Feeling bad is a signal, sign, or alert telling us that our thoughts are focused on what we DON'T WANT. Thoughts that feel good tells us we are focused on what we do want. In accordance with the law of attraction whatever our attention is focused on we attract more of the same. Focus on thoughts that make you feel good and you will attract good things to you.
