Frederick, Hello its Maggie I saw your video and it was wonderful. thank you,
ReplyDeleteI have one fear that maybe quite a fews others may also possess. The fear of failure. My father was a perfectionist, needless to say I was always afraid of not being perfect for him, never got much encouragement. I think it subconsciously affects me, even at trying things.. not sure how to deal with this one. I have been doing my OMT. Believe that does help. Its hard to really recognize if this fear has affected my actions. Just so used to giving up..you know?
Maggie, use your fear of failing as an ALERT signal to SHIFT your focus to seeing yourself succeed. Don't make your fear of failure mean anything more than an ALERT signal to shift your focus to what you DO WANT and your fear of failure will dissolve naturally...
