Second guessing yourself is the most deadly sin. It will undermine your self-confidence and self-esteem faster than shooting yourself up with cocaine. We 'second guess or doubt ourselves' when we think our best isn't good enough.YOUR BEST IS ALWAYS GOOD ENOUGH
It is important to understand that your best is ALWAYS good enough. Why do I say that? Because in the moment when you did what you did if you could have done better, you would have. We always do our best, in the moment. Beating yourself up for the lessons you are learning as you move through life doing your best, one moment of time, is a very destructive way of thinking and acting that will only cause you to beat yourself up over and over again..
Once you do what you do, let it remain in the past where it belongs. In the moment, your best is always good enough. And in future moments of time, your best will become a new best for you. Regret or guilt over something you did in the past, even if it is only one second in your past, is the road to a hell of your own making... On other other hand, giving up the most deadly sin of 'second guessing' yourself by accepting what happened and moving on, frees you up to create what will be...
