Choosing what you have.

In order to get what you want, you must first choose what you have.

If you feel unworthy or undeserving, you must first choose it in order to move beyond it.

If you resist feeling unworthy or undeserving, those feelings will only increase in intensity.

The key to making undesirable circumstances in your life disappear is to agree with them. To admit you caused them, even if you don't know how you caused them. without feeling guilt about it in any way.

If you practice, on a moment by moment basis, what Echhart Toole communicates to us in his quote, suffering will no longer be a problems for you. More importantly, when you practice "choosing what you have", moment by sacred moment, you mind will be illuminated with insights and spiritual truths like never before.

    It is up to us what we choose and how we choose to look at things. It is a choice that we make everyday whether it is willing or unwilling. In any event we must appreciate what we have and what we need and don't need.
    But in the end it is us and only us that can make that decision to live life to the fullest or never live at all. Some may miss this change to take hold and see what our choices have been and how we can make better ones.

    Thank you for giving us these words to ponder on.
