If you trust that God will deliver to you the desire's of your heart, quit checking up on God to see if he is doing his work. If you trust God to deliver, then you don't have to look for evidence that God is working on your behalf. Every time you look for evidence that God is working to bring your good to you, you have grabbed your desire back from God.....and when you do that, God can't fulfill his promise to you.
Do you think God is some kind of cruel and insenstive god? A God who would plant a desire in your heart and then not make it possible for the desire he planted in your heart to become the reality of your life?
