Up to this point, everything you have in your life, everything you have experienced in life is something you created for yourself... Granted, for many, what has been created, up to this point in their life, has been created unconsciously and therefore much of what people experience in life has not always been pleasant for them...
What you see in your outer world is a reflection of you inner world, how you think. Change your inner world, how you think, and your outer world will change naturally.
The fundamental thought to change is that your are a speck of dust in the cosmos with no real power at all. This is a lie others have taught you down through the years. You were taught this lie because they were taught the same lie by the people who came before them.
The truth is you are an extension, a physical manifestion, of the "organizing intelligence of the universe" that created all things. What power this "Intelligence" has, you also have. A divine spark of this "Intelligence" lives within you. Go within and make changes in your inner world, how you think and your outer world will automatically reflect those changes.
Life is a mirror and reflects back to us exactly what we think. When your thinking has created something, in your physical world, you do not like, do not try to change the outer circumstances of your life. Instead, change your thoughts and your physical world will reflect those changes.
Thoughts create and they create swiftly and accurately the thoughts we think. Give up the victim mentality because you are not the victim of your life, you are its creator. If you don't like what you created so far, you can change all of that, for yourself, by changing your thoughts. It is as simple as that and no more difficult than that unless you have the thought that it is difficult to change your thoughts and for you it will be.
According to your thoughts so shall it be for you and it always is....
Your thoughts don't lie, what you think becomes what you believe and what you believe becomes your reality....
