Fundamental Thoughts

Thoughts gain power, in our lives, by thinking them over and over again. This works as well for positive thoughts as it does for negative ones. There are two fundamental thoughts in life:

1. I am worth it, I deserve it.
2. I am not worth it, I don't deserve it.

If you carry the thought within you that you are not worth it, that you don't deserve it then all thoughts you think after that one will reinforce that fundamental thought.

If you carry the thought within you that you are worth it, that you do deserve it then all thoughts you think after that one will reinforce that fundamental thought. The fundamental thought we choose to think about over and over again is up to us!
