Truth is eternal, it never changes.
However our perception of truth changes and that's why one moment we can be at peace with the world and the next moment we are not. One moment we love the person we are with and the next moment we are annoyed by them. One moment our boss is terrific and the next moment he is not.
The truth does not change but our perception of the truth does. Disregard any perception that causes you to experience unpleasant sensations in the body and they will pass by you. On the other hand, if you decide to hold onto a perception that is not truth, it can ruin your whole day....
