The most successful people in the world have a great deal of fun at what they do. They never consider what they do as being hard work, they only see what they do as being fun. It is a form of play to these folks that results in all kind of perks and benefits coming their way. The money and fame these people achieve is nothing more than a by-product of them having a great deal of fun doing what they do.
On the other hand, people who work the hardest at being successful are the least successful people of them all. It is true, hard working people survive, they get by but they don't have much fun at what they do and they never attract the kind of success into their lives that successful people do.
When all the fun is gone from what you do,
the motivation to work hard leaves you too.
