Pay attention to a bad feeling and it will gain power over you
Paying attention to ANY negative thing is what gives it power over you. Instead of paying attention to any negative thing, pay attention only to what you want. Do not pay attention to what you do not want because whatever you pay attention to becomes the REALITY of your life....
