I receive these comments from someone who visited the web site where this chart came from. Below you will see this person's comments and my response to them.

Frederick. this is a good chart, however, I read a bunch of articles there, and all they did just scared me, thinking that we have to chant 2-4 hours a day at least to appease our ancestors or we all go to hell when we die, gave me shivers
MY RESPONSE
That's what THEY have to do or THEY will go to hell because that is what THEY believe.... Not you
ACCORDING TO YOUR BELIEFS SO SHALL IT BE FOR YOU....AND IT ALWAYS IS....
Your beliefs, not there's.
There is nothing to worry about, just because the chart is good,doesn't necessarily mean their teachings are right for you..
