Stress is your body telling your mind to go play.
Stress is caused by thinking thoughts that are untrue
Stress is worry about something that's not happening NOW.
Stress is when you mind is in one place and your body is in another.


Stress alerts you that you are allowing your mind to live
beyond the moment, the only place your physical body can live.

Living in the moment will give you the peace of mind you seek.
