An Insight About Beliefs

This is an excerpt from a letter I answered concerning beliefs

Any belief that hurts you that makes you feel bad, that pulls you down is not from God,
it is from the devil...if there is even such a thing as a devil. For sure, any belief you have that says you have to learn some spiritual lesson from a person who is causing you pain is not a belief God endorses.
