Should I turn the other Cheek when Insulted?

When someone insults you and you do not insult them back, you are not turning the other cheek. What you are doing is dismissing from your mind what you do not want. Yes when people insult us we get upset, we become offended, we want to go to war with them but all that does is make sure we attract more of the same kind of insults in the future from someone else. If you don't like to be insulted, immediately dismiss from your mind all insults you receive from people as not worthy of you and, in time, the insults will stop and in their place people will praise you..
