Thoughts Thinking You


We are either in control of our thoughts or our thoughts are in control of us. We are either thinking our thoughts or our thought are thinking us. We are either the creator of our thoughts or the victim of them.

When your thoughts are thinking you, they are prerecorded voices in your head, from your past, masquerading as you. These prerecorded voices are etched forever on the hard drive of your mind.

You can either let these prerecorded voices dictate how you will live your life or you can observe these 'voice recording' playing in your mind and decide if the information they are giving you is something that strengthens you or weakens you.

If the information is something that makes you feel good and inspires you, keep it. If the information makes you feel bad or depresses you, dismiss it as information that is untrue for you therefore no longer applies to you.


OBSERVING YOUR THOUGHTS MAKES YOU THE
MASTER OF THEM WHILE REACTING TO YOUR
THOUGHTS MAKES YOU THE VICTIM OF THEM.
