Here is how you can tell when you are being yourself.


When you are be-ing yourself you never feel uncomfortable in your own skin no matter the people that surround you and no matter the circumstances, situations, events and problems you are dealing with. On the other hand, when you are not be-ing yourself, you will feel ill at ease with yourself. Guaranteed if you are experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, worry or despair, you are not being yourself. Instead you are trying to fit in, you are trying to be something you are not.
