The dictionary defines the word economy
as the management of a household or state...
If you are managing your own household well you will have good economy
in spite of the people around you having a bad economy. When we hear the
words 'bad economy' we have no less money in the system than when we had
when we had a good economy. The government doesn't come in and withdraw a
trillion dollars from our banks to create a bad economy. That's being said, when
you hear the words 'bad economy' that means the money in our free enterprise
system is moving in a different direction.. It moving away from one set of people
and businesses to another set of people and businesses. When this happens it
created lack and scarcity for one group of people and businesses and prosperity
and abundance for another group of people and businesses
Here is an example of what I am talking about.
The shift in money dropped the price of gas from around $4.00 a gallon to around $1.50 gallon
depending where you live. This drop is the gas prices is allowing truckers, airlines and everyone
else who uses, sells and manufacturer gas and oil related products to prosper once again.
You see, when the gas prices were high, companies hurt by the price of gas added surcharges
to their bills and passed the increases on to you, hurting you more than them.
As far as I know, so far, not one company has taken the surcharges off the bills they send
out to people like you and me which means not only are they making good profits because
of the low prices of gas and oil, they are making excellent profits because they still have
their surcharges in place that allows them to making higher profits than they normally would.
SUMMARY: ECONOMICS 101
This is short and to the point. In the future when you hear the words BAD ECONOMY it
means the money in the system is shifting away from one group of people and businesses
to another group of people and businesses. Your job when you hear the words BAD
ECONOMY is to become alert and see which direction the money is moving to and to
make sure you are part of the group of people and businesses who are prospering
from this shift in money.
People who are currently suffering from lack of money have forgotten that a bad
economy is nothing more than large amounts of money in our free enterprise system
moving from one group of people and businesses to another.
