Whatever you seek, you will find...

If you seek love, good health or riches, you will find what you are searching for because your mind always find for you what you instruct it to find but first you must be in control of your thoughts...

The First Step to MASTERY of our THOUGHTS is knowing when we are the Victim of our Thoughts

We are victims of our thoughts when:

1. We feel ill-at-ease with ourselves.

2. Our thoughts seem outside our control.

3. Our thoughts don't feel like our thoughts at all.

4. Our thoughts cause us to experience worry, anxiety, depression and despair.

5. Our thoughts cause us to feel hopeless, helpless or powerless.

6. We experience self-doubt or find it difficult to trust other people.

If you experience yourself being the 'victim of your thoughts' from time to time, it's not your fault. Let me explain. From the time your were a small child until you became an adult there was always some authority figure in your life telling you what to do, how to feel or telling you what you should think. The problem is not all the authority figures, in your life, told you the same story.

As a result, by the time you reached 21 years of age you had so much conflicting programming in your mind, that for some people, it takes them the rest of their lives to get their head screwed back on straight.

The conflicting programming you received during your growing up years now operates in the background of your mind during adulthood causing you to experience unnecessary conflict and pain. That's the bad news, the good news is you can re-program yourself with relative ease with a little bit of practice.

Six Minutes to Success

Yes, you are magnificent and if you reject my assessment of you, that simply means you are thinking thoughts that are not worthy of you. You are thinking thoughts that make you feel bad about yourself rather than thoughts that elevate your mind to see yourself from my point of view, to see yourself as the magnificent, powerful, lovable to the core, one of a kind, human being that you truly are.

It takes Courage to be YOU!

It Takes COURAGE to be YOU!

Yes, it takes courage to be you but what's the alternative?
The alternative is not being you and when you are not being yourself,
you fall prey to lack and limitation of every imaginable shape and size.
The only reason people don't have all the love, health and financial
prosperity they desire is because they are not being themselves.
Instead they are be-ing something they are not.

Psst! Here's a clue when you are not being
yourself. You feel ill-at-ease with yourself.
