Thought Rule #495


A belief is a thought you repeat over and over again to yourself until you
feel it. Feelings are the first 'physical evidence' that something you believe in
is in the process of coming true for you. Don't like what's coming true for you,
change your thoughts, the moment you do, your feelings will begin changing too
