Why it's important to find Reasons to FEEL Good


There are many things in life that can get us down and make us feel depressed, that is,
if we FOCUS our attention on those things that trouble us. Why is this so?  Because
whatever we focus our attention on EXPANDS and becomes the dominant reality of our life.

If you focus on what makes you feel bad or depresses you, you will attract more
of the same, that's how the law of attraction works. Conversely if you focus on what
makes you feel good, you can't help but attract people, event and circumstances
into your life that make you feel good.
