This video is a 'social experiment' where two guys are pretending to hold a rope across the road when, in fact, there is nothing in their hands at all. This is an example of people thinking they are seeing reality when what they are seeing is their perception of reality, not reality itself. .
My cousin actually did this as a spoiled youth. He thought it was quite funny...until he got caught.
