Bad Feelings Mean STOP

When you are feeling bad that means you are thinking thoughts that are taking you further and further away from what you want. My best advice when feeling bad is this: STOP thinking what you are thinking and stop doing what you are doing and think and do something  that FEELS GOOD to you.  When you are feeling good that means you are thinking thoughts that are taking you in the direction of the things you DO WANT.  It is how my version of the law of attraction works in my life.
