The doubts, worry, anxiety and fears you feel are not your fault. They are a result of programming living in your subconscious mind that you acquired during your growing up years. Every time you feel uncomfortable, it is not you doing it to you, it's your subconscious mind doing it to you. When the negative programming in your subconscious mind gets activated, it runs on automatic pilot outside of your conscious control. The way to eliminate negative thoughts from your life is to 'consciously' re-program your subconscious mind. You do this by consistently thinking thoughts that live in opposition to the negative thoughts living in your subconscious mind until those new thoughts become automatic habits of thought.
