Focus on what makes you happy

The more I pay attention to the 'negative reality' politicians and the news media create for 
themselves, the more real it becomes to me. Because I do not agree with or like their reality, 
I resolve, starting now, to focus 100% of my attention on creating a reality for myself that 
feels good to me and dismiss all other realities as realities not suited for me.
