Seeing Versus Believing

Seeing is believing is the attitude of victims while believing is seeing is the attitude of victorious people. When a person comes from a 'seeing is believing' attitude all he ever sees is what other people create. However when a person comes from the attitude of 'believing is seeing,' he manifests into his physical reality what he believed he could create and does.
