Your Inner Guidance System

Life is easy when you understand and use your internal feedback mechanism to live the good life. Your feedback mechanism is your feelings. Good feelings means you are attracting good things to yourself. Bad feelings means you are attracting bad things to yourself. 

Feeling are the first physical evidence that something (good or bad) is coming true for you. Don't like what is coming true for you? Change your thoughts, the moment you do, your feelings will begin changing too.

HOT/COLD 

Most everyone I know has played the hot/cold game as a child. You know the game. The one where someone hides something from you and your job is to find it.  As you look for it, your friends will tell you if you are getting warmer, meaning closer to it. If you are real close, they will yell hot and if you are far away from the object you are suppose to find they will yell cold, very cold. Your feelings work in a similar fashion.

Your feelings constantly tell you if you are getting closer to what you want or moving further away from it. The better you feel in relationship to what you want the closer you are to it manifesting in your material world.  Any bad feelings you have related to what you want lets you know you are moving further away from what you want becoming your reality..

You can trust your feelings, they will never lie to you.  Good feelings means you are attracting good things to yourself and bad feelings means you are attracting bad things, it is as simple as that.
