Talent Search for my TV Show. (UPDATED 1-13-12)

Do you have the talent I am looking for to make my Inspirational TV show a reality? If we don't make AMAZING things happen on television, who will?  

I am looking for people like myself who are inspired and energetic and know how to make things happen. I am building my team for my Inspirational REALITY TV show. I am looking for people to be part of my team. My core team will consist of 20 people I pick who have the talents and abilities necessary to make my Inspirational Reality TV network possible. It doesn't matter if you have no experience in this field.  What matters is if you believe (with the emphasis on 'you believe') that you have the kind of talent and abilities that will contribute to making my Inspirational REALITY TV network a success. If you are reading this, don't you think it is time to let yourself soar and get involved in something big. Where do you see yourself fitting in? UPDATE:  FRIDAY 1-13-12

I am currently in conversations with a TV production company out of New York about producing the pilot for my Inspirational TV show. 

Here is an email I just received from them along with my response back:,

Frederick,

Looks interesting.  I will work on a budget over the weekend.  From what I am gathering we would be looking at about 10 total days?  4 or 5 days each way depending on the number of stops and length of stops. Also I am assuming that most of the stops will be preplanned to some degree.  People across America that you have already been in contact with online and know that they have an interesting story or interview? Let me know if I am on track or if you had something a bit different in mind.

I am still fleshing the program out however your understanding of it, as I have it currently outlined, is accurate... I really want the show to be about people's amazing changes in attitude that change the circumstances of their lives. I want people to watch the show and be inspired to change the circumstances of their own lives because they have seen someone (a real person on television) who did it before them.... I want my inspirational show to naturally motivate people to action. I don't want the show to simply be a 'feel good' show where nothing happens in a person's life once they watch it. People want to change, they don't know how to change. My show, with real life inspirational examples, will show them how to change..
