You do no know that you are loved, don't you? If you are like many people I know, you will say; 'yes I know I am loved but not by that special someone.' That's how we push love away from ourselves by not accepting the love given us when it is given and feeling the lack of love while we wait for that special someone to love us that we may never find.
If you feel compelled or obsessed with looking for evidence or proof that people love, accept and approve of you, they don't. And they won't until you love yourself. Once you love yourself sufficiently, you won't have to go looking for proof you are loved, Evidence that you are loved will start showing up in your life, naturally, moving from a trickle to a flood.
