Twelve (12) Very Good Reasons Why I prefer 'Talking To Myself' Than Talking To Other People.......

The reasons I like talking to myself best are as follows

1. I understand myself better than anyone else.
2. I honor and respect what I say to myself
3. I keep my word with myself.
4. I am never rude or disrespectful when talking to myself
5. Talking to myself build confidence and raises my self-esteem.
6. I never interrupt myself when I am talking to me.
7. I never think about what I am going to say next to me.
8. I am always 'fully present' when I am talking to myself.
9. I like talking to myself better than anyone else.
10. I listen and act on my own criticisms more than I do on others.
11. When I am talking to myself, I never feel alone.
12. I ask myself questions and then answers my own questions.

To be clear I don't wander the streets talking out-loud to myself, that is what crazy people do. One of the bonuses of talking to myself is that it has improved my ability to talk to other people.

Writing is my preferred way of talking to myself, it crystallizes the thoughts in my head. It allows me to become the OBSERVER of my thoughts rather than getting trapped inside my thoughts and becoming the victim of them. Writing tell me if I am thinking thoughts that make me stronger or if I am thinking thoughts causing me to become weaker.

Writing (talking) to myself has allowed me to become the best version of myself.  It will do the same thing for you too.

Writing a blog is like talking to yourself out loud, you never know who is listening over your shoulder and benefiting from the conversations you are having with yourself.

I write to please me. If other people are pleased, that is icing on my cake. And if people support me talking to myself by leaving me a donation that unexpected act of kindness is always appreciated by me.
