1. Do you take very good care of the people who take good care of you?
2. Do you express gratitude more often than you complain?
3. Are you aware of the thoughts that strengthen you versus the ones that weaken you?
4. Did you know all thoughts have immediate consequences and the first place you feel the consequences of your thoughts is in the body?
5. Did you know that ACTION, any kind of action, changes your thoughts faster than thinking does?
6. Do you know that nothing, absolutely nothing can defeat or discourage you except your very own thoughts OR your thoughts about other people's thoughts, still your thoughts?
7. Did you know that when you are feeling anxious, worried or depressed that you have thoughts operating on automatic pilot, outside your immediate conscious control, that are abusing you? These 'abusive thoughts' live in your subconscious mind.
8. Did you know the voice in your head that criticizes or punishes you in any way is not your voice but a voice, living your subconscious mind, that masquerading itself as your voice.
