Good Morning 'Citizens of the World' Community

The beauty of life is found within our own thoughts and feelings. I would endorse 'feeling negative' if it did us any good at all but all feeling negative can do for us is make us feel worse.  Sad to say, many people have believed, for years, that resisting anything negative was the thing to do. They believed that resisting what they didn't like would make it go away. Unfortunately, anything we resist grows in strength and power over our lives UNTIL we quit resisting. Instead of fighting with, resisting or focusing on the negative things you do not like, focus on what you DO like. Focus on what is beautiful and you will be surprised how quickly you will begin feeling positive, again, naturally.

Attention Makes Things Appear and Disappear

The moment you take your attention off a problem, it doesn't exist 

any more until you put your attention back on it. Therefore keep 

your attention off your problems and place it on those things that 

fill your heart with a sense of beauty, wonder and delight.
