After I watched this video, I was so inspired by the theme of it, I went in search for more information on the subject. Although unrelated I found a book dealing, in detail, with the same subject matter that is covered in the video. As much as I loved this video (I get goosebumps every time I watch it) the book  SHIFT (Change your words, Change your world) by Janet Smith Warfield is utterly AMAZING. It is a magnificent read. This one book that should be mandatory reading in every high school and college in the world..
