Moving BEYOND Frustration

Frustration is the feeling of being upset or annoyed, especially because of inability to change or achieve something.

When we are frustrated we are resisting what is. It could be a person, a situation, circumstances or event. It could also be not knowing how to achieve a goal that is important to us.

Instead of resisting or cursing what is, accept it and that will set you free to create will be.  Frustration really is an ALERT signal to change your thoughts and actions to ones that make you feel good about being you.

Frustration is not an emotion you can bully into submission. The more you feel frustrated, the more frustrated you will become.

Instead of being frustrated with 'what is' become like the 'wind and water' and flow up, over, around or under 'what is' on your way to what you want rather than allowing frustration to make you feel ineffective.

People at Fort Hood Killed By a MIND!

You have a mind but you are not your mind just as you have a computer but you are your computer. Your mind is the hard drive of your 'consciousness' and it keeps a permanent record of all of your human experiences.

Your mind records everything you see, hear, taste, touch, feel and do.

The inability to be able to tell the difference between your mind (your hard drive) and 'who you truly are' causes you to have unnecessary problems and suffer in this life when suffering is not required.

A good example of this is the man who massacred those soldiers in Fort. Hood.

He massacred those people because he couldn't tell the difference between his mind and who he truly was. As a consequence, his mind took over control of his soul causing him to act on the bad programming his mind was feeding him which resulted in tragedy.

Question: If I am not my mind, who am I?

Answer: You are the witness, watcher, observer, listener and creator of it all. If you want to take more control over your mind, the One Magnificent Thought (OMT) can help you do that, Click Here
