I Gave Up All Of My EXPECTATIONS: Here's why

Expectations Have ZERO value except to cause upset.  

I have given up all expectations because when I am expecting something, I am not living in the moment. And when I am not living in the moment, I cannot access my authentic power. And when I cannot access my authentic power, I am unhappy.  And I am unhappy because I feel powerless and ineffective. And I feel powerless and ineffective because I am trying to control something that is not in my life yet, the future. However, when I live in the moment, the thoughts and actions I take in the 'here and now' create my future for me. That's why I live without expectations.

When you make 'living in the moment' more important to you than your past or your fantasy future, it is then the universe will grant you access to your 'authentic power' which will allow you to create your future life exactly the way you want it to be.
