Transforming Sadness into Your SUPER POWER

You know what the saddest thing is?

It is you not knowing the tremendous positive impact you are having on the lives of others, that is the saddest thing..

You think you are ordinary
You think your life doesn't matter.
You think you are not good enough.
You think you make no difference at all.

The truth is, and trust me on this one, your are magnificent, powerful and lovable to the core.

In life we are either fully expressing ourselves or depressing ourselves.

I fully express myself to people because it is the way I am able to feel good about myself all day long. Not fully expressing myself is the way I used to abuse and punish myself. I don't do that to myself any more and neither should you.

If you want to show up in life as the BRILLIANT, POWERFUL person you truly are, you have to have the willingness to risk making a jackass of yourself from time to time. I do.

The bottom line is you can either care about people and fully express yourself to them OR you can care about what people think of you and out of fear depress yourself around people

Your are more powerful and smarter than you know and not nearly as stupid and weak as you fear.   You got this....

Breaking the HABIT of Judging and Criticizing Yourself

The Shortcut to Becoming a POWERFUL Person

Because I know I give my power away to whatever I focus my attention on,  I only focus on people and things that makes me feel good about being me. We have the choice to feed people our power or to become emotional vampires and suck power out of people. I choose to feed people power because in the process of feeding other people my power, I become more powerful myself.

Adversity Made me a POWERFUL Bad ASS

I used to be a very mild mannered person. I was quiet, never spoke unless spoken too. I was timid and shy and afraid of many things. I spent a great portion of my life trying to protect myself from being hurt and all that did was cause me to get hurt a lot.

The short version of my tragic past is I ended with two of my children dying unexpectedly which included my 18 month son John.  I went bankrupt twice and ended up divorce twice.

Life for the longest time was a living hell for me. Then one day adversity pushed me too far and I came to life. I  ROARED like a Lion and said NO! I would no longer allow life to roll over me. I would no longer be anyone's victim or be victimized by life. I would take every piece of shit life threw my way and turn it into gold and that is exactly what I did.

Today I have everything a person could possibly want. I have a woman who adores me, excellent health, money to do what I want when I want to do it and and children who love and respect me.

Adversity and tragedy does not come into our lives to defeat us, it comes into our life to wake us up to become the magnificent, powerful, lovable to the core people we were always destined to be.

You Become What You Declare Yourself To Be.....

.
I don't know about you but ' I know'
I AM MAGNIFICENT, POWERFUL AND LOVABLE TO THE CORE AND
I AM WORTHY AND DESERVING OF EVERY GOOD THING I WANT..
I didn't always know that about myself but I did believe it. What changed it from a belief to an absolute certainty for me is that I declared those words to be true for myself ten years ago. As a result, over time, I have become the person I declared myself to be.. If you use the above I AM statement, on a consistent basis, that I used for myself, you will become what you declare yourself to be.
Say it long enough and often enough and
your words become LAW in the universe.

Stop Believing there's something wrong with you. There is not!

.

People have been telling me all my life there is something wrong with me?  How do I know that isn't true?

ANSWER: The only thing wrong with you is that you BELIEVE there is something wrong with you. That doesn't mean there is something wrong with you, it is only something you believe.

The reason you 'believe' there is something wrong with you is because from the time you were a small child the authority figures in your life constantly told you (or implied) that there was something wrong with you as a way to control your thinking and behavior.

God made you. He doesn't make mistakes and he didn't make a mistake when he made you.  For you to believe that there is something wrong with you requires you to believe that God makes mistakes, He doesn't.   The way you are is exactly the way God wants you to be.

Yes,  you are different than the others but so are the flowers in God's garden. All different from one another.  The differences is what make's God's garden so beautiful.

If you want to be sure there is nothing wrong with you, read my story.  It is in two parts. Here is the first part They said I was CRAZY...but I knew who I was...

The #1 Thing That ROBS People of Their POWER

Blaming yourself or others is like cutting a major artery in your neck and allowing all the blood to drain out.  Blame makes you feel weak, powerless, helpless, hopeless and if the power draining out of your body isn't stopped quickly, it causes your spirit to feel like it is dying.

Blame is the # 1 reason people end up feeling discouraged and depressed. Blame is the #1 reason people end up turning to a life a of crime. Blaming oneself is the #1 reason people commit suicide.

The moment you start blaming yourself or others, your power bleeds out of you, and if you keep letting it bleed out of you, you will end up feeling like a victim, paralyzed and unable to take action of any kind

No matter what goes wrong in your life, you are not to blame. Blame is a 'disabling condition'. It robs you of  your power and prevents you from turning something bad in your life into something good.

My antidote for blame: I am responsible for everything that happens to me in my life with nothing left out. I am responsible for every action I take. I am responsible for every thought I think and every feeling I feel. I am responsible for every situation, circumstance and event that happens to me. Why? Because that makes me a POWERFUL person. On the other hand, blaming myself or others weakens me and takes power away from me. Once I allow a person or situation to take power away from me, I lose my ability to correct the wrongs done to me in an effective, efficient, healthy and responsible manner.

Secret Code of Truly Powerful People - 15 Things They Do

The Secrets of Truly Powerful People
Copyrighted 2012 By Frederick Zappone

I am a powerful person and I know you are too.  You are so powerful that you have the power to make yourself feel totally powerless from time to time.  How powerful is that?  While you may feel powerless, from time to time, that doesn't mean you are powerless. It is only a feeling that will change the moment you change your thoughts. Listed below is fifteen things powerful people do that makes them powerful.

1. They have learned to love everything and everyone including their fears.

2. They accept everything and everyone including accepting they don't like to accept things. Accepting 'what is' sets them free to create what will be.

3. They forgive always and in all ways, quickly, so they can let go and move on.

4. They trust everything and everyone include trusting their doubts.

5. They don't compete with others, They compliment and complete others.

6. They praise others a lot because it benefits them the  most.

7. They see all problems, no exceptions, as stepping stones, not stumbling blocks

8.  They  give without end to others because it open the hearts of others to give back to them..

9. They feel abundance always because 'giving' creates that feeling inside of them.

10. They are not one bit realistic, they dream all the time because it feels good to them.

11. They extend kindness to others all the time as a way of receiving kindness back.

12. They know being gratitude for what they have attracts more to them to be grateful for.

13.  They live in the present moment.  They only look into the future long enough to  see what it is they  can do now to make sure their future turns out exactly the  way they want it to. And they leave the past where it belongs, in the past.

14. They are masters at turning all negatives into positives.  Just as you can't have a back of a hand without a front, you can't have a negative without a positive. They learned how to look at all negatives from the positive side of them. Powerful people see all negatives as opportunities or benevolent teachers in disguise who have come to teach them lessons in self-love.

15. Powerful people are responsible for every single thing that happens to them and when things go, wrong, as they sometimes do, they blame no one, not  even  themselves. This makes it easy for them to turn the things that go wrong in their life into things that work in their favor rather than against them.
