END Violence In Your WORLD. Here's how.

Do you want to make a difference in having violence end in our world? If you do, then share the lovesolvesall.com link with others?

Question: What in it for me?

Answer: The satisfaction of knowing that by sharing the link with others that you will reach the heart and mind of at least person who is considering, right now, doing harm themselves or to others. And as a result of you sharing the link and that person reading my article about love they choose not to do any harm. All because you believed in love enough to share my article about love with others.

Question: What in it for you?

Answer: Twenty-one dollars that I use to spread the message to people who are thinking about harming themselves or others that love does indeed solve all, including dissolving the fear, hurt, hate and angry that lives in their hearts.

Spread the love, share this link with others: lovesolvesall.com

Jesus and the Manchester Tragedy

The Manchester tragedy stirred a lot of righteous anger in people's hearts but hating violence does not make violence go way.

And pointing out to everyone else what a 'f*ck up' world we live in does not make the world better for anyone. It only makes people more afraid and feeling more powerless than they felt before.

The reason Jesus said 'Resist not evil' is because when you resist evil, you contribute to evil persisting in the world.

Your negative thoughts about evil, whether you understand it or not, contribute to the violence and evil we have in the world. Why? Because you are still believing that the power of fear is more powerful than the power of love.

When you don't resist evil, you are free to love all those different than yourself. However when you are resisting evil you have very little time to love yourself let alone love anyone different than yourself.

No one who loves themselves sufficiently would ever think of harming themselves or others.

Terrorists are people who hate themselves so intensity that they only way they can deal with that level of self-hatred is to project it out onto other people and kill them as a way of getting rid of the evil the terrorist sees in their world.

The Terrorists see people who think differently than they do as their enemy and we see terrorists as our enemy. As long as we look at each other that way rather than seeing we are all son's and daughter's of the King, world peace will never become our shared reality.

Why your ANGER Sucks!

You are an idiot if you think getting angry at someone will change change their thoughts, words or actions in any way. Sorry to inform you but getting angry at someone only makes them more resolute in not changing.  If getting angry at someone did any good Hillary Clinton would have been elected President and not Donald Trump.

Getting angry at someone is what people do when they deny how powerless they feel about changing something they do not like.

Getting angry at someone ultimately will take you to no place good. In fact if you get angry enough, you might kill someone.

Angry is the emotion that ultimately motivates people to kill people, A person is angry because they don't like how another person is being and the anger builds and builds until it take over complete control of a person's personality. Once that happens the person who allowed anger to be their master rather than mastering their angry say and does bad things that can never be undone.

Anger is an ALERT SIGNAL that you are thinking thoughts and taking actions are can cause injury to yourself and others. It is an ALERT signal that you are thinking the wrong thoughts for you. Anger alerts you that you're thinking thoughts that are not working for you, thoughts that are pushing what you want away from you rather than attracting it to you.

Anger is the #1 emotion  your subconscious mind uses to prevent you from knowing the truth about a person or circumstance. As the old saying goes, the truth shall set you free but first it shall piss you off.

If Fear RULES Your Life, It Will Guide You To Tragedy

I can allow myself to become a hostage to the fears created by the thoughtless and violent actions of others or I can live a life unafraid.

Living a life unafraid is freedom. Living a life in fear is to become a prisoner to the unkind thoughts and violent actions of others.

I have no control (or power) over what bad people do but I do have total control over which thoughts I will think.

I can choose to focus on thoughts that inspire and empower me or thought that discourage and depress me. And since I like feeling good about being me, I only choose thoughts make me feel great to be alive.

Best argument I've seen for reducing VIOLENCE in Movies and on TV.

Hard to argue this point.... Like it and share it.

If you do, someone, somewhere, who needs to hear this message will get this message and do something about the excessive violence on television and in the movies... - Frederick Zappone

Your Enemies Are Not My Enemies

.
UNIVERSAL PEACE PLEDGE  (By Frederick Zappone

Everything in life is created twice, first mentally, then physically. To have an enemy in my physical world I have to make him an enemy in my thoughts. I do not do choose to do that.

I do not choose to make enemies out of individuals or countries. I also do choose to inherit the enemies of my ancestors for their enemies are not my enemies.  The reason I choose not to inherit my ancestor's enemies is because I have no desire to carry on a tradition that results in bloodshed and violence.

I do not choose to carry on any tradition of my ancestors that wounds or harms another human being in any way. My tradition is a tradition of peace.  I make this pledge of peace first to myself and then to others

In the comment section, in your own words, confirm you have taken the peace pledge then
feel free to make copies of the 'Universal Peace Pledge' and pass it on to others.

BRAKING NEW: See who is PLEDGING one act of violence a day.

.
You are here for one reason because you are against violence and because you fear it. My 'teaser headline' brought you here plus an number of government officials. Why did I write it?  To make a point, and the point is our focus is all wrong in this country. We are so focused on being against something we forgot how to be for something, for great things, for the best of things.

THE BACKSTORY TO THE 'BRAKING NEWS' HEADLINE

Before I wrote the 'Braking News' headline. I wrote this one and posted it.

Take the Kindness Pledge:  I pledge to do one act of kindness a day.

How many people do you think clicked on that headline? As close to zero as you can get without actually hitting it. Why so little interest in kindness?   Because people are more focused on being against something (violence) rather than being for something (kindness)

WHY I AM NOT AGAINST ANYTHING

I am not against anything because the moment I am, I give my 'personal power' away to it.  When I am against something, I draw attention to it. When I am against something, I make it stronger. When I am against something I am wasting time focusing my energy on what I DON'T WANT rather than focusing my energy on things I DO WANT such as:

  • Peace
  • Health
  • Prosperity
  • Harmony
  • Cooperation
  • Understanding
  • Unity
  • Love

When I am against something, it puts me into a state of mind that does not feel good. The way I handle things I do not like is I do not pay them any attention at all. That doesn't mean I deny things I do not like. That means I accept 'what is' so I can focus my attention on 'what will be.' I focus my attention exclusively on what I DO like and leaving alone those things I do not like. In other words, I do not energize things I do not like. I do not make them come alive again by replaying them in my memory, over and over again. Instead I focus my attention and actions exclusively on the things I do want to see come true for myself and my country and one of those things is PEACE for everyone with no one left out.

Whatever you focus you attention on, you attract more of the same.

World Peace

.
World peace is not up to our government, it is up to you and me. Governments only reflect the thoughts of its citizens. Today, citizens of the world believe in or fear violence more than they believe in and embrace peace as the preferred way of life.

In keeping with the law of attraction thoughts of violence attract violence while thoughts of peace attract peace. For me, peace is more important than war and that's why I made the decision to become a person of non-physical courage. Anyone can display physical courage but a display of physical courage, often times, results in death whereas non-physical courage results in a life lived long and peacefully. I have been part of the Peace Alliance since it started in the USA many years ago. We are in the process of creating a Department of Peace in our government. The Peace Alliance Enters Major New Phase in Our Work
Our ROADMAP for Peace!

Dear Supporter,

This year marks the fifth anniversary of The Peace Alliance. We are very proud of everything we have accomplished thus far and are excited to announce the launch of a major new phase in our work. We are confident that our planned efforts in support of the peacebuilding field will be groundbreaking and have a significant impact at a time that is ripe for change.

We expect the initiatives of our
2009/2011 Strategic Plan will be a game-changer in terms of how our nation approaches peace and conflict. The plan, which you helped craft through your feedback, provides a powerful roadmap to help realize the practical applications of peace in our personal lives, communities, country and world.

We will work, in partnership with the Student Peace Alliance, through the following three key areas:

  1. ADVOCACY: Advocate for evidence-based legislation and policy that will enhance our capacity to reduce violence and build sustainable peace both domestically and internationally. Currently supporting legislation to establish a U.S. Department of Peace and the Youth PROMISE Act.
  2. APPLIED PEACEBUILDING: Practice and promote community peacebuilding efforts that engage people in the day-to-day work of understanding and preventing violence in our homes, communities, and institutions as well as in our personal lives.
  3. COALITIONS & PUBLIC EDUCATION: Build broad-based coalitions, educate the public, and generate media in support of our specific policy and community service initiatives.

Many of you will see yourselves and your own passion somewhere in this plan. We cannot do this work without your support -- together we cannot fail. Please take a moment to seriously consider supporting our shared work.

Here's how you can help!

  1. Host a "Peace: Making it Real" House Party: Nationwide simultaneous events on December 5th and January 9th. Help us spread the word!
  2. Make a Donation: Help us fully realize our efforts! Donate here.
  3. Local Grassroots: Become a local congressional leader or join your local team. Click here.
  4. Spread the word: Use our handy tell-a-friend tool to let your friends know about our work.

Let us remember the heart of why we commit ourselves to this work.

Untold millions around the world suffer tragically violent living conditions. All of us are confronted daily with the struggles that conflict can bring into our lives and communities. Every social issue in our world has at its root a fundamental challenge of how to deal with ever-present conflict. The issues we are working to transform are core and underlying to almost every other issue we face.

Yet, there are solutions! Everyone knows that the levels of violence in our world are unacceptable yet few know that effective solutions DO exist. Our work is to bring those solutions to scale.

We have the tools and knowledge to make significant change now. If not us, then who?
Time is of the essence. There is no vested industry paying lobbyists to push for sustainable peace work on the ground, and let's be honest, this is what drives so much of our public policy.

Join us in making this plan a real proactive path to peace.
Imagine the difference we can make and the safe and secure world we could leave for our children and grandchildren.

With Great Hope (and a good plan!),

All of us at
The Peace Alliance
