How Powerful are your WORDS?

.
The alphabet is a string of harmless little letters but oh how powerful they become when strung together as words.
Take the word ASSHOLE... and add your emotional energy to it and you have a word that people will find offensive. Words have the power to hurt a person on the inside without showing any immediate effect on the outside. Words, over time, have a cumulative effect on the cells of the body.

All words have consequences and the first place we feel the consequences of words is in our body. Words either expand the cells of the body or they contract or constrict them. Words can make the body well or they can make the body sick. Think about the last time someone said any of the following words to you. Think about how they made you feel.

I love you.

You are loved.

You are not alone anymore.

I understand you.

I so much appreciate what you do for me.

I admire the way you think.

You are important to me...

Thank you for all that you do for me.

You are one of my best employees.

Which of those words made you feel the best? We take words for granted but the power of words is undeniable. Media people and advertisers know that best. They spend millions of dollars paying people to write just the right words so they can slide them into your mind and influence more of your decisions than you realize. They influence how you think, what you feel, how you will behave and what you will buy...

Advertisers create desires in you to want something you would have never thought of wanting before. It was WORDS that made you eat your first McDonald's hamburger. After all, without words, you wouldn't have even known it existed. It was WORDS that either made you excited about sex or scared you half to death.

We are a sucker for words. The words I LOVE YOU have brought people into wedded bliss and also contributed to martial disaster.

Words leading to Wedded Bless.

I can't live without you...

You are the only one for me.

I love you more and more each and every day.

I only have eyes for you...

No one turns me on more than you do.

WORDS HAVE THE POWER TO BRING US CLOSER TOGETHER OR
TO SEPARATE US AND MOVE US FURTHER APART FROM EACH OTHER.

Words leading to Martial Disaster.

Get your fat ass off the couch and cook me supper.

Your mother can't stay here with us.

How many beers is that for you today?

There was a woman calling and asking for you.

You spend too much time with your girlfriends

We believe the words and in believing the words we get fooled time and time again, sometimes with devastating consequences.

I'll pick you up at 8 PM (shows up at 10)

I'll be home early honey (Shows up drunk 3:00 AM in the morning)

Work hard and I'll give you a raise (Still waiting for the raise.)

YOU HAVE SIX MONTHS TO LIVE!!!!!

Can you imagine the impact those words have on a person. Can you imagine the havoc that those emotionally charged words cause on the body of the patient who hears those words. Words are very powerful things. Words can create, words can destroy...

Words start relationships and end relationships. Words start wars and words end wars. Words inflame, irritate and anger people. Violent words leads to violent action. Abusive words leads to abusive actions.

With our words we can inspire, uplift and encourage people or we can contribute to people becoming discouraged, committing suicide and dying before their time... That's how much power words have..

Jesus, Buddha and Mohammad certainly knew how powerful words are, they changed the world with their words. Jesus, on the other hand is rethinking his position about words, before coming back again, as this picture illustrates.

Check out the One Magnificent Thought, in my
experience, these are the most powerful words of all.

WORDS CAN MISLEAD like the ones about the 'One Magnificent Thought' promo listed above. While the words are all honest and true, they mislead you because they make you believe that by clicking on the link you will discover what the 'One Magnificent Thought' is. In reality, you will only find out what the 'One Magnificent Thought' can do for you and not what the actually words are that make up the 'One Magnificent Thought.' I created the misleading promo about my 'One Magnificent Thought' program as an example of how media people and advertisers use words to mislead or misdirect you as a way to get you to read their stories or purchase their goods. - Frederick Zappone
