Healing the Hurt So You Can Trust Again



LEARNING TO TRUST AGAIN IS PRETTY SIMPLE.
 
In order to trust again, you have to heal the hurt hiding behind the distrust. Healing yourself really means looking at the hurt straight in the eye until it disappears from your view. As long as you avoid the memory of the hurtful experience, on the cellular level, the memory continues to hurt you over and over again.  Once you re-visit the hurt and look it straight in the idea (observe it) the healing will begin and the emotional charge that is stopping you from trusting again will dissolve naturally.
