Changing YOUR REALITY

The key to changing your reality is using the spiritual principle of living a FOCUSED life. In other words, always FOCUS on what you DO want and pay no attention at all to those things in your life you DON'T want. The negativism in your life will clamor for your attention but it is important you pay it no attention at all

Instead, FOCUS YOUR ATTENTION only on those thoughts that make you feel lighthearted. This takes practice and, with the passing of time, it will become easier and easier for you to focus on thoughts that allow you to create your future life exactly the way you want it to be.

Never FOCUS on HOW you will create the life you want. Focus on the end result. Focus on the mental picture of living the life you want filled with all the love, health, prosperity you can handle. Focus the power of your mind on your destination and not how you will get there.

The more you focus your ATTENTION on the life you want and put no energy into the life you have, the easier it will be for the "universal intelligence" to guide and help you get there with no unnecessary effort or struggle on your part required.
