Dealing with your Thoughts

Many thoughts will pass through your mind during the course of the day. Many of those thoughts are not your thoughts. They are thoughts of other people you heard, were taught or picked up from a variety of sources during the course of your lifetime.

While we do not necessarily have control over all the thoughts that show up in our mind, we do have a choice over which thoughts we will dwell on and which thoughts we will dismiss.

Any thoughts that distress you, weaken you or makes you feel less than the powerful, magnificent, lovable person that you are should be dismissed for they are not from the "organizing intelligence of the universe" that I call God.
