Thoughts & the Body

All thoughts have consequences. The first place we feel those consequences are in our body. Notice how thoughts that lift your spirits up make your body feel and then notice how thoughts that pull your spirit down make your body feel.

Thoughts "imprint themselves" on the cells of our body. Positive thoughts make the cells of our body feel alive and vital. Negative thoughts do the opposite.

Thoughts that strengthen us "expand" the cells of our body and make us feel light-hearted and carefree. Thoughts that weaken us "contract" the cells of our body and make us feel stressed out, unhappy or depressed.

Too many negative thoughts eventually weaken the body and that is when the body becomes ill at ease with itself and this results in the body experiencing sickness and disease.

Thoughts have consequences and the first place we feel those consequences is in our body.
