Message About Love

You have to work very hard to stop yourself from feeling the enormous amount of love that lives inside of you. In fact, in order to not feel that love, you have to hold it down.

People hold feelings of love down anytime they judge themselves in any way. They hold love down anytime they allow thoughts of fear or distrust of others to rule their life. They hold love down when they feel guilty about anything, for any reason at all, when by God's grace it is not not necessary to feel guilty at all.

People hold feelings of love down when they withhold forgivenness from themselves for the mistakes they've made. They hold feelings of love down when they suppress themselves rather than express themselves. It takes a lot of very hard work for people to hold feelings of love down.

When you hold your feelings of love down, it's like holding a cork down at the bottom of the ocean's floor. A cork naturally floats to the surface if it isn't held down and this is also true with the feelings of love that live inside of you.

When you allow the love that lives within you to surface, you feel at peace with yourself and everyone around you. You feel no separation from anyone or anything and you experience perfect order and harmony in your life. Feelings of love allows you to know, with absolute certainty, that all is right with your world and that everything in your life is working out for the highest good of all concerned.

Feelings of love allow you to see the good in all things. These same feelings give you complete confidence that God is on your side and you feel no fear at all, only peace and contentment from the tip of your head to the soles of your feet.

Feeling a great deal of love for yourself and others is easy to do if you don't hold love down.

"There is more hunger for love and appreciation in this world than for bread." - Mother Teresa
